If you an athlete in Los Alamos, you really should be seeing Kreig. His massage was unlike any I’d ever had. He has an enormous body of knowledge and answered all of my questions thoroughly, even taking the time to show me diagrams of the specific muscles. He specializes in trigger point myofascial release and also helped relieve a nagging IT band/glute injury that had been plaguing me using a cupping technique. He was professional and interactive, always attending to me and asking about the pressure and pain levels. I cannot recommend him highly enough for those who want preventive care or postevent/injury massages.

In Touch Massage assisted me in myofascial release of neck, back and lower torso which resulted in measurable improvement in mobility. Lower back pain, anterior tilt, rotator cuff and neck pain were all addressed and resolved over the course of 4 sessions. Highly recommended.
