This was my first time to In The Spalight and it was my birthday present to me. Everyone was amazing, so sweet and super talented. I had been looking for a place just like this since I moved to town and lost my last hair girl, Katie. It took me five years, but I don’t need Katie anymore, I have a Paige!! Allison done my massage session and was amazing. I was having trouble with my neck and shoulder area to where it hurt to just carry my purse and talk on the phone. Allison worked that out by the deep tissue massage and I feel fantastic now. I have had massages before even when I lived in others states. Allison is by far the best masseuse I have had EVER!!!!! I definitely will keep going back. I feel so much better now just after one session. Can’t wait til the next time. Thank you so much.

I live for google reviews, so I had to share this one. Today, I had an hour session with Allison at Spalight. This was my first time going to this place, so I was very unsure what to expect. From the moment I walked in and met Allison, she was very friendly and attentive. She made sure I was comfortable at all times, and when I wasn’t, I was able to tell her and she made adjustments to cater to my needs. She really listened and worked on my specific problem areas I mentioned before we got started. I walked in with so much pressure and tension, and by the time it was over I just wanted to lay there and sleep for a few hours. I will definitely be back very soon to see her, and I encourage anyone else who hasn’t had a session with her to call and schedule an appointment! Right now she is running an awesome special, and it’s hard to beat at any other place in town! Thanks again Spalight and Allison for the extradionary service!

I followed Allison from the Bellevue area to Dickson, just for her massage skills. She is extremely versed in reading your body and knowing what it needs. When I first started going to her (at another venue), it became apparent she knew and understood the muscles and tissues in the body and how to get rid of your knots and just make you feel better. She will adapt her style to suit you – less pressure, more pressure, whatever you need. Even with the 40 min drive to Dickson, she’s well worth the time and money!

Spent 3 hours getting my hair done. Nice and quiet, good music, fresh coffee, silvia was extremely nice and upfront about the complications we may have about my over processed hair. Overall best 3 hours away from the kids. Will definately be referring them to friends and family and will be returning. ** side note** my hair looks amazing!!
