Michelle was very rude and unprofessional. She did not greet her client and seemed to be unaware of her appointment. She asked another stylist “Is she for you?” when the client arrived. The client said that she was here for Michelle and Michelle began making comments under her breath to another stylist and making faces. The two stylists were snickering and giggling in front of the client, who was a teenager. The client felt so uncomfortable that she didn’t even want to receive her scheduled service. Clearly, Michelle is upset because the client went to her for her first appointment at the salon, but was not impressed with her styling skills. The client then decided to get services from Dawn who is much more friendly and always does a great job. Dawn was out of town so we decided to make an appointment with Michelle. However, that was the last time an appointment will be made with her. A stylist is supposed to make their client feel good about themselves and personal feelings should always be put aside. She needs to improve her skills and attitude. Customer service is what keeps clients coming back! **And I was speaking on behalf of the client who was a minor.**

I get my hair pressed with a pressing comb and my hair will stay straight for weeks! No lie. I’ve been coming here for 5 years. She has excellent customer service as well as excellent hair skills. Her shampoo before the style will give you life. I’m glad I found her and will definitely be coming back.

very rude. ask a simple question trying to see if they would cut my wig. Acted as if I was a nobody. salon stinks really bad, unsure where the smell comes from. if you don’t want new business I totally understand but this is exactly why some black businesses do not do well. horrible attitudes. the young lady that greeted me was so nice. she actually felt bad the lady was so rude.
