Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueI came in to get a cut on 10/30/21,so I asked who was cutting, one of the female barbers said I’ll get you. I asked how many do you have in front of me? She said the guy right here and one more, then you. I said okay but there is another guy who said he has you, she stated I don’t have any appointments so he must be KT’s . I said okay, waited 1 1/2 hours and when I went to sit down she said “so the other guy isn’t with you?” I said no, she went out to talk to him and then said “oh I didn’t know I had any appointments, can I go ahead and get him?” I said you told me he wasn’t yours, she replies”that’s my bad be had an appointment” I said at 2 and it’s almost 3 , I said don’t worry about it, that’s not good business. My husband and I came in to get a cut. One of the barbers asked if my husband wanted his hair cut. We said yes, but I also told him I needed my undercut cleaned up. They took my husband back, and didn’t even clean up their tools. They also left a heavy weight line in his hair. They never even came back to get me, but after seeing how they don’t clean between clients, I didn’t want to get my hair cut they’re anyways. Would not recommend.

I called, asked for haircut they said $20-25 I got there barber was complaining how it’s complex bc I have straight hair after he begun cutting , keep in mind I legit have no beard and he started lining up my non existing beard ig to charge me more , he ended up charging me $36 bc my hair was straight and made it ” complex ” and for my non existence beard,… never have I paid so much for a simple mid fade

Went for a cut. Walked in around 415. It’s currently 550 as I write this. Told me 2 people are ahead of me. Hour and a half later still no haircut. Just needed a quick cut. My barber is all booked up. I tip $15 when I get a cut. Guess they’ll never see that. I’ll NEVER comeback.
