Barber canceled one hour before my appointment. They didn’t bother to find a replacement barber for me, they should’ve had enough time to find a replacement. Otherwise whats the point of Making an appointment? If I had canceled less than two hrs before my appointment, I would’ve had to still pay full price of the haircut. First thing I would tell anyone is to book an appointment through this shop’s website. It takes little time and ensures you will get your high quality cut. Although you do have a chance to get one as a walk in, this is not always guaranteed.

Not a place for a child with sensory issues. I went in today to get my 2.5 year old a hair cut and instantly told the barber he had sensory issues so it might get hard mind you say he had been there before for his first haircut and did fine. My son definitely was not having it so we didn’t do the cut and I was still charged for the hair cut and as I was walking out I heard the gentleman say wow that was horrible how do you do it? Left super upset.

I’m from out of state, so it was stressful at first to find a new barber. It was really easy to book an appointment online, and the place is really clean, and is always playing awesome music. Wanza does my cuts and ill always come here now!

I wanted to try this place because it’s considered a top establishment. I made an appointment for 2pm, arrived at 1:45. I proceeded to watch four different barbers finish and disappear into the back. I than was asked when my appointment was for a second time by the same guy at 2:15. I pointed out I’d watched four barbers leave the floor and asked for my appointment to be cancelled. Thanks for wasting my time.
