First time in this salon, I will definitely not be going back. I went in for style and color. I told Barbara I thought color she chose was too dark, I wanted to keep same color. I was assured it was ok. I specifically said to not use anything that would turn my hair burgundy as I did not like that color.

Got my mom a certificate for her birthday for microblading it didn’t take well and the lady told her sometimes it doesn’t take and give it a few months and if she still feels it didn’t take well she will take care of her and provide another service well it still didn’t take well and my mother has tried to text the lady’s cell and call the business phone no one will get back with her I paid alot of money for my mother to have this done if they continue to ignore her and not make this right we will no longer use there services
