I really tried to like my hair but unfortunately it’s not what I was looking for. And hey! The girl was really nice and she had a nice vibe. But I ended up disappointed giving the fact that I paid $280 (with tip included) and I got a color not near the one I was looking for and her suggestion was “you can always come and get a toner if you don’t like it” I’m not paying extra to get the color I initially asked. The screenshot is what I asked. And the other two photos is how it looks now. Mind you it hasn’t even been 2 weeks and it looks horrible.

The place was very clean and everyone was super friendly. Easy to find and easy parking. Cass was wonderful! I decided to chop off most of my hair and she asked if I wanted to donate it and gave me info about wigs for kids. Not only that but she was super sweet and did such a great job with my hair. Haircut

My hair feels amazing- It normally takes a long time to do my hair as it’s long, thick and roots are dark- but today I was in and out so fast! I’m so happy to have come here. I made the mistake of bleaching my hair and right after my hair was just falling out. I needed professional help, so glad I came here. I came in looking like a hot mess and left feeling amazing. I cried when I got to my car because I was so happy how it came out. I believe her name was Rachel, thank you so much for everyone for taking me in last minute and staying late to just get my hair fixed.
