If there was an option to give 0 stars I would. Krystal did my nails. She started off decent at first and then became very rude after stating that I did not like my nails. I chose #105 with a ombré which was supposed to be a red glitter and it came out orange. When asked to change from a ombré to just a glitter tip with a different color she then told me that it would cost even more money and that she was doing me a favor by giving me $5 off. When I told her that I was not ok with the way she was speaking to me and that she should be helpful and understanding She spoke in a different language and the receptionist( man) came over and informed me that she had become “ill” instead of being truthful and that someone else would be there to finish my nails. Jesse then came over to finish my nails and was very helpful. The bottom line is this is supposed to be our relaxing time. Instead I had a panic attack while in there and my service dog had to begin working. They were not disability friendly given that not all disabilities are visible. I will NEVER return after such a terrible experience.

Kaayla and her mom were absolutely fantastic! They treated my 4 years old and myself like we were family! Great service, took their time, a very clean and professional place. I love coming here when I make an appointment with the people I know do a good job! My nails always come out great! However, sometimes my pedicures are absolutely dreadful. I had the same man do my pedicure twice in the last few months and he’s so rough with every part of my pedi. I’ll be sure to make appointments from here on out. But overall, it’s a great place and very friendly

Very disappointed in the method Holly used to remove my acrylic nails. She used an acrylic nail to try to pop them off, in turn damaging my nail bed on two fingers. Only after I asked her to stop & soak them off did she say it would be 5 dollars more. At this point she brings a small bowl & asked me to fit one hand & two fingers from my other hand inside.

Terrible customer service, and technicians are super rude when you tell them to change the shape of length. I asked my technician multiple times to fix a crooked line on my pedicure and was told there is nothing they can do.

Very rude and unwelcoming experience. Dirty pedicure Bowls with horrible customer service. I ended up just leaving to preserve my peace. Who knew asking for a towel to cover the dirty pedicure pad would be met with so much attitude…especially since the water was scolding hot and I need a place to put my feet. The bowl was covered with a plastic thing but my leg rest was left uncovered unlike any of the other guest. Save yourself the trouble. Seems you have better luck when you are a regular and request a specific tech or if you are melanin deficit.

I was seen quickly as a walk in. The place was clean and they asked customers to wash their hands before sitting down. They also made sure you didn’t use a previously used pen to sign the COVID form. My toes could of been done a little better in my opinion. My pinky toe and second toe is missing some polish. Upon paying, the receptionist asked if I could pay using the ATM because it worked better for them. I didn’t mind too much, but if I came back again I would make sure to bring cash as the ATM charges a $2.00 fee.
