Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have been here multiple times, and it is very hit or miss. Sometimes i leave very happy and other times not so much. The older lady who i hadn’t had before was doing my fill and wow was she rough. She cut me multiple times and even though i showed her the image of a simple french tip she said she could do, she couldn’t. the other girl came over to salvage the french tip but it was too late, it wasn’t symmetrical and very sloppy. She also managed to rip off 3 of my acrylic nails that could’ve been saved which costed me even more unnecessary money. The total was $50, and I am more than willing to pay for any service but not for what I got. My skin has stuff stuck to it and was bleeding and my nails were nothing special. I have been here multiple times, and it is very hit or miss. Sometimes i leave very happy and other times not so much. The older lady who i hadn’t had before was doing my fill and wow was she rough. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI wanted to get my nails done on a whim because I have a baby due in a few days. I was able to walk right in and get taken care of. They were very nice and professional, even helped me put my shoes back on. My only complaint is that they’re credit card reader doesn’t let you add a tip, so make sure you bring some cash!Services: Gel manicures, Pedicure, Manicure

I wanted to get my nails done on a whim because I have a baby due in a few days. I was able to walk right in and get taken care of. They took a group of 5 that was met to be at 2:45 when we came in, ours was 3:30. They overbooked themselves and did not give us a call or anything to reschedule, it was packed and there was no seating for us to wait our 45 minutes with the amount of people there. I hope that they handle this situation better in the future as my mother and i were really looking forward to this time together. when we found out we both felt as they were ignorant and didn’t care much about the whole situation. We were in search of a new place to get our nails done, our service will be taken elsewhere.
