Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueIt was after the hurricane and I went to pamper myself after 2 weeks without electricity… first of all it was not very clean in there… second I got put in the pedicure water at 4 pm… finally after soaking for an hour (5pm) she started my pedicure and was finished at 5:17 pm.. a 17 minute RUSHED pedicure… no filing of my toe nails, no foot massage, just pushed my cuticles back,, threw on a couple of hot towels and then polished my toes!!! WOW!!! Then she put my hands in a dirty bowl w water for my manicure… I won’t go into detail.. but for $70 that was the worst nail salon experience I have ever had in 27 years… DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! Also,, after expressing my concerns.. I got the shoulder shrug… I work in customer service industry and that is not how you handle things. I just want to say that instyle nails is amazing most any design I want I can get. The staff are very helpful with picking my polish color. I use Gel polish and they have very good selection of colors to choose from I’m there every 2 weeks getting my designs changed I really love instyle nails!!! Keep up the good work guys thank you!!

They always do a perfect job on our nails… full set, French tip, manicure, etc. they always come out great! The workers are very friendly, professional and the salon is clean. It’s the only place we go.

I got my nails done sunday my polish is coming off the nails are very weak! my nails arent all the same size they are too thick! they said my cuticles were dry but they made them even dryer by drilling them my cuticle was bleeding. do not recommend go to LA Nails shop instead they know how to do nails
