Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have been going to In Style for years and I love it there. They have really great prices and lots of colour selection. Everyone is very friendly and professional. I see Ha regularly and she is amazing. My nails always come out looking great and she takes the time to help me shape them the way I like and makes sure that I’m in love with my colour before getting too far into the process. Sometimes appointments can take a while or be a little behind schedule but it’s never too long and I understand that they can be very busy sometimes and are just trying to give everyone the service they deserve. I have been going to In Style for years and I love it there. They have really great prices and lots of colour selection. Everyone is very friendly and professional. I see Ha regularly and she is amazing. My nails always come out looking great and she takes the time to help me shape them the way I like and makes sure that I’m in love with my colour before getting too far into the process. Critical: QualityI’m going to start of by saying I asked for square shaped toes with the length I already had. They don’t listen to instructions, I think when it come to beauty it’s important to listen to the customers! Especially if the have to walk around with mediocre work on there limbs. Not happy at all, I’m actually quite sick. They don’t listen to instructions, I think when it come to beauty it’s important to listen to the customers! Especially if the have to walk around with mediocre work on there limbs. Not happy at all, I’m actually quite sick. Now I have to go to a different nail salon to fix what easily been done, if they listened to what I wanted or looked and the picture I gave for reference I wouldn’t be so heated.

Let me start by saying I’m not the easiest customer to deal with. I have been going here for a few months now and my particular nail lady was on vacation. Long story short I had another technician do my fill and it didn’t come out how I normally like it, although it still looked amazing. I was visibly upset because I hate leaving a salon be it nails or hair knowing that I’m paying for something I don’t like. I also didn’t have time to fix the shape because I had to be at work.

I have been here many times because of the location. The service is horrific. If you call to make an appointment you almost never get served in a reasonable time. It took over 45 mins after my appointment time to get started. By then I couldn’t even get my nails done because I had another appointment. While I was waiting, another woman got up and left because she had been waiting for 40 minutes before I got there. The quality isn’t anything to write home about. I stopped going here because of these reasons and decided to try it again today. Epic fail! I will never return. So disappointed.

I went here for a long time they putalot if coats on to keep gel lasting about 3 weeks, Julie is awesome and she perfects nails, but i noticed i was waiting a long time even with appointments too many people i dont think they were sterilizing tools long enough i got an infection which was very painful, i called and told Julie not sure if they have taken my experience and hopefully now sterilize better.

How is this place always so busy? I will never go back here again, place is dirty first of all, and they rush you out the door! I went in for a mani/pedi and they did both at the same time. Julie actually hits my hand when i scratch my face or have an itch. Crazy right? Thats what I said! My gel manicure lasted 1 day! It was horribly done, she made my cuticle bleed and polish was not even done nicely it was all over the sides of my fingers. I explained to her that I wanted a different color since the one she was using was so old and crusted! he told me no its fine and put some nail polish remover in it! I went a few times and tip VERY well. They would rather take in new customers without appts then cater to the old loyal customers that make appts. I will never, ever go back here!

The services were ok, but they dont maintain cleanliness. They weren’t cleaning the under or even on the top of desks properly after every customer, I literally saw clipped nails on the desk and told the guy to clean while he was doing my nails. Also they dont seem to sterilize the tools. The cushion or the elevating stand they use during pedicure was wet from prior use and they just used it for me without even wiping it down. And the most annoying thing was they use the handheld buff to scrape the dead skin from the heels, but the skin was flying everywhere, most GROSS…

I never had any problems here. Prices are usually always reasonable which always made me go back. But one day I went in with family before a vacation and all of a sudden prices sky rocketed! I swear prices went up because they heard we were going on vacation. I questioned the price and they said they must of been confused before because they didn’t understand English… So I tried to change my services but I guess a color change is the same price as any medi or pedi. Myself and my family definitely felt as if they were money hungry the day we went.
