Wish I could give this ZERO stars!! I really don’t like doing this but I am so upset with the results I got from this place! First, my appointment for a balayage was at 3pm but I was not seated until about 4:20 because 2 of Linda’s, the owner, friends came in and they needed their hair to be touched up. I waited because I had a graduation ceremony that evening and I really wanted to have my hair done for it. When she finally attended me, I showed her a picture of a honey-colored balayage and SPECIFICALLY asked her for no harsh lines, I wanted everything blended. I left the place with wet hair because I was already late, plus I couldn’t afford a blowout. Only to see later on in the night that the hair turned out HORRIBLE!!! There were very HARSH LINES and spots where there should have been color but were left blank. It looks like she did not even tone it when she washed it because the blonde looked reddish. I did not call or come by for a refund the next day (Saturday) because I was so upset +my family is in the business and I felt bad asking for a refund AND I had to work all day. She was closed sunday and monday. I had to go to a different place on Monday to get it fixed because that night was my Senior Gala and I COULD NOT show up with my hair this messed up. There, I was encouraged to ask for a refund so I called and Linda refuses to even give me a partial refund because she says she doesn’t believe she did a bad job and that it’s my fault for not coming in the next day. This is honestly really UPSETTING! I came in with virgin hair because I have no money and have been saving for a while just to do something nice for myself for graduating college. I had to dip into my savings account just to get this fixed.

I have been going to In Style Hair Studio 332 in Medford for about 2 years. Linda and her staff always greet me when I walk in the door by name. The staff is pleasant, friendly, and when Linda is running a bit behind they will let you know how long it will be. I always leave looking fabulous!! When I wanted a changed Linda listened to my ideas, made suggestions, and I loved my new look!! Prices are fair and reasonable. When I needed a quick freshening up for a last minute unplanned event, I made a call, Linda made time to help me out. She makes sure if you are a first time customer or a regular customers always leave satisfied and feeling great!!
