My massage with Susie was one of the best I’ve ever had. She worked with the perfect amount of pressure (I prefer a more firm deep tissue massage) and checked in with me to make sure the pressure was good for me. I feel like she worked every single knot out of my body. I had been looking for a massage therapist since moving to the area and I’m happy to say my search is finally over! Definitely go see her if your body is in need of relaxation and/or a little TLC.

The moment I walked into In Balance I felt a sense of relaxation with Susie’s kind demeanor and professionalism. Susie was absolutely lovely. Her office is conveniently located right next to two garages in Downtown Frederick, so it was an easy trip to get there. The office is small and comfortable, and the massage room is well designed and obviously oriented to make you as relaxed as possibly. She was kind, funny, and very open and I appreciated her earnestness and sincerity in ensuring I was comfortable and respected. I got the peppermint head massage and it was truly fantastic. The peppermint wasn’t overpowering, but was definitely invigorating and pleasant. She found the perfect level of intensity and got right to work. She worked my muscles methodically and was quick to notice any specific areas of tension and go to work on them. It was truly a relaxing experience and I greatly appreciated it. Definitely looking forward to being a repeat customer.
