Took my girls here to get their hair done. Very personable stylists and they do their best to give you exactly the cut you are looking for. They also work well with kids, which is a plus. Would go back and recommend.

They did an exceptional job on my hair and makeup for my wedding. They did exactly what I asked with colors and hair style. The staff were happy and singing while they worked together to get me ready on time! They obviously love what they do and are very good at it! Staff went above and beyond to make this happen by 10am. Tricia is an absolutely amazing artist! She did my make up, as well as my bridal parties makeup for my wedding this past month. I was so impressed with her work. My make up was still intact & flawless at 1am after the reception when she originally did my make up at 2pm! She is extremely talented & I would highly recommend her!

I paid over $400 for my wife to have the Chi treatment and get her nails done. They had a girl that had never done a pedicure doing hers and she has dead flaky skin all over her feet. Her fingernails before the weekend was up had chipped and she tried to repair it with nail glue with no luck. She now has 2 chipped nails and 2 nails completely ripped off not even a week later. Absolutely appalled. The Chi treatment was supposed to help her hair with frizziness, and worked for the first two days and now it looks worse than ever. The girl said that she didn’t need to wait any period for it to set.

When I usually go it’s pretty ok but when I went today the person cutting my hair didn’t ask me how much I wanted off and just started cutting it off and when I asked her twice to fix my layers and make them shorter by an inch she ignored my request. She also cut my traiter across bangs at an angle making me have to fix them at home, I also had to do this the other times I was there. My hair from my experience today is now not what I wanted nor asked for and is disproportionate, and I cannot get it fixed before a formal event I have on Saturday. The hair bleaching process was normal and that’s what gets my two stars. Not the best experience for me and I’m quite disappointed. 🙁

I took my granddaughter today so she could get a haircut and style. She donated her hair to the Wigs For Kids charity. Logan Sutton was our stylist and was the best! My granddaughter loved her! Hairstyling, Haircut

My daughter went in for a hair cut, stylist was Jalynn. My daughter’s hair is really curly and it was long, middle of her back, she wanted it to her shoulders, not to short , just enough so it would be easier for to take care of. We both said shoulder length, plus I even showed her with my hand exactly what length we wanted. Next thing I noticed she cut right at her neck, layered it up, she is in sports where she has to wear it up a lot. I was sooo upset. I told my daughter that it’s not to her shoulders at all. Jalynn moved to where her back was in front of me where I couldn’t hear her and said that if you stretched your curl out it would be to your shoulders, which was BS. She was very unprofessional, besides we both said shoulder length not neck length. Jalynn did what she wanted not what the client wanted. Would not recommend Jalynn at all. That place is way to expensive to have Stylists not listen to what the clients want and is paying for.

The ladies at Impulse are so awesome and uplifting! All the ladies made sure the entire wedding party looked and felt beautiful. The breakfast provided was excellent. The music selection. Everything. I received so many compliments on my hair and makeup! My wedding day started at Impulse and I’m so glad it did. Bri set the tone for the whole day and made me feel extra special; especially since she came in off maternity leave just for me! Tricia enhanced my look and made me feel beautiful all day. She made sure my makeup didn’t budge! No rain or sweat could ruin the day! Thank you ladies!

Critical: ProfessionalismI’ve been debating about giving this place 1 or 2 stars. The stylist a young lady with very short hair was very nice she cut and styled my hair all nice. My wife wanted to see and the young lady told us she was more than welcome to sit besides me, when it was time to wash my hair another worker (older woman) went to my wife and told her to sit somewhere else because “those chairs were expensive” what is that supossed to mean? And on MLK day no less??? My Wife was distraught and decided to wait for me in the car. I still tipped my stylist bc she didnt do anything wrong but this experience ruined our whole day.
