I come here every 2 weeks, the quality and efficiency just keeps going down. I made an appointment for a fill and when I showed up he was working on 2 pedicures. I finally left without being seen. I make an appt for a reason but to be pushed aside as I have seen them do several times is unacceptable. I won’t be going back unfortunately, waste of my time.

First time coming here and I can say I was impressed with impressive nails! Mina was so gentle with my manicure/removal of acryllic and did a fantastic job with my pedi. I’ll be coming back for sure! I read the other reviews and did not experience any of the complaints. Everyone was so friendly and good atmosphere throughout the salon. It was clean and had pleasant calming lavender colors throughout. I recommend!

The worst pedicure place in town. Every time I go there they cut my cuticles to the point I bleed, and cut my toe nails so wrong that I am sore for days. The staff is incredibly rude, doesn’t listen, and does not charge fair prices. They even tried to sell my friend bras and weight loss products in the middle of the pedicure. If it was possible to give 0 stars, I would.

Pros: very clean! I love how they use fresh and packaged tools for peds rather than reuse old . The massage chairs are nice too! For those reasons alone they are my favorites for pedicures.

This place is terrible! They overcharge and are so rude. The male owner is unhelpful and should not be in business. I was from out of town and went in to Impressive Nails to get a gel manicure, pedicure and eyebrows done. The nails were not done properly, I had to tell the manicurist twice that she had missed a whole side of my finger. She also didn’t cut or file the sides of my nails which I found odd. After two days the gel polish on three of my nails peeled completely off in one piece. I could not return to the store for them to fix it because I was already back home 14 hours away. I called and spoke with the male owner who blamed the nails peeling on me. He also said I should have told the manicurist at the time about the issues with my nails, which I had. She had told me because my nails were so short she didn’t want to cut any of them because they would become tender. I trusted her judgement. She also told me the gel polish would last 10 days and keep my nails strong and protected. The was an absolute lie, within two days more than five nails were chipped and three nails had the polish completely peel off, like they were stickers. I called to see what could be done, like a partial refund and they said they don’t do that. That I should have come in or told them immediately about the issue. I had tried calling the day it happened but they are an hour ahead and already closed when I called and they don’t have a voicemail set up. The man was unbelievably rude and hung up the phone on me. I was already not pleased with the outrageous price they quoted me at the end but I figured different part of the country, different prices. But now after paying almost $60 just for the manicure and having over half my nails either chipped or completely bare I am beyond disgusted by this business. Poor quality products, disgraceful customer service and terrible execution of services. For an owner to hang up on a customer, and I was being calm and respectful, is just beyond insulting. Also, I had paid an extra fee of $10 for them to use the stronger file during the pedicure, and when I returned to the hotel later in the day I noticed there were large dry patches on my heels that had not been filed at all and I had to do complete the job myself. I am so upset by this whole experience and regret ever stepping foot into this place. Beware if you decide to go there, you will likely be very disappointed if not truly angry with the experience. Disgraceful!
