Recently moved to Carrollton so had new clue where to go but looking at the reviews I figured I’d try here first… Went in to get my eyebrows waxed got talked into trying and getting them threaded. It was better than expected and definitely not as painful as some girls made it seem to be. Leaving there eyebrow area wasn’t as red as they usually are when waxed and left my skin feeling smooth instead of heat bumps! Nice staff and quick service, I’ll be back! Thank you!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went in to get my brows “cleaned up” and tinted. I think the young lady forgot about me after she put the tint on. She ran over and grabbed a cotton ball and started rubbing my brows. She rubbed them for over 20 minutes. I got up the man asked me to let someone else try. The chemical was burning my brows and face. I’m leaving having paid $20 with brows darker than when I came in and my brows burning!! I did not know this place was so good until I moved to the Atlanta area…sadly I cannot find a place to compare here in my new area. I love love this place. I always walk in for my threading, tinting, and lip/chin waxing. 30 minute wait max when really busy. I don’t get lashes. However, for individual lashes make an appt. You can walk in for strip lashes. I love this place. The music is also so soothing.
