I had MJ in the beginning who was professional. He started the ombré eyebrow process and then Crystal did the second part. She came into the room and didn’t even introduce herself and just told me to lay down. I should’ve stopped her right there and request someone else. This is someone’s face you are doing work on and you have to be able to trust them and for them to be professional. It was the most painful experience I have ever had. When I told her that it was very painful she told me she already gave me numbing cream. She said she was almost and for me not to move. So RUDE! I went with my mom and her experience was even worse with Crystal. It was so painful for her that she gave up. I don’t even think Crystal finished the process. She proceeded to tell me she did 3 other people that morning and they didn’t complain. Well either you gave them the appropriate numbing cream or they didn’t tell you the truth. It’s terrible that your customers are telling you that they are in a lot of pain and you do nothing and say “ I gave numbing cream already”. When I asked other professionals that are known to do ombré powder they said it shouldn’t hurt after the cream and if it still hurts the customer they apply a stronger medication. Also I work in a hospital so I know what numbing cream is or any kind of pain reliever.

I just came back to impressive brows for my touch up and I am completely happy. The first time I thought that the process didn’t work but they said it takes time to heal and it would get darker, they were telling the truth. I’m so happy I came here I no longer have to pencil my eyebrows in and I can walk out the house now knowing that my eyebrows look good. I had a pro do my brows and the pain was minimal. I would recommend this company because they are reasonable as for the price and they did a good job. They are worth the money and the hour drive to get here.

I just completed my powder brow touch up at the largo location and am very happy with both my initial and touch up appointment experiences. I chose to get the pro powder brows and am very happy. It has made my daily routine much quicker and easier, not to mention my brows look great everyday! They use numbing cream to help with any pain during the procedure and I just felt some very mild discomfort throughout the procedure. I would definitely recommend this location- the staff was very nice, the location was clean and they made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process and the prices are great!

Highly recently Impressive Brows! I got the combination brows micro bladed. My initial procedure was done by a student, and I had a professional do the touch up. I had a great experience with both. The option to select the student service is a really great opportunity, and I felt like they were also done by a professional. The pain was completely tolerable and way quicker than I expected. Everyone is so kind and the place is very clean too. Overall, would highly recommend!!

I came back two years later to get them redone and had a fantastic experience. I got ombré brows. They numb you for the service. I got a student brow service as their students are extremely professional and well trained. The facility is clean and has a calming experience.
