I have used this service for almost two years. Now, the owner is forcing a policy of putting a card on file in case I don’t show up or I am late. I have always kept my appointments and have been on time. This is no way to treat loyal customers. Also, she needs to be more friendly. I won’t be going back.

I got my eyebrows threaded and tinted for a reasonable price for everything she does when your in that chair. WOW! She took her time with me and went the extra mile! She brought my eyebrows back to life after they had been messed up from a previous location. I am very impressed and will most definitely be a returning customer every month! This was the first place I got my brows threaded at and Mona did a good job. She was fast and left my brows looking good. Unfortunately, I’m not going back ever again because I found someone so much better. She’s better because it doesn’t hurt soooo much when she threads my brows. Mona does not make it painless. At the new place it is essentially painless, I’m RELAXED while getting my brows threaded instead of being in so much pain. I didn’t know threading could be soo NOT painful.
