Sad to say what my IMPRESSION was of Impressions. Lacking. In every way. here is my experience: My daughter and I were driving around Mt Shasta looking for a place to get her nails done. We stopped at studio b and they told us to go try this place. So, thinking that they were referring us, we expected something wonderful, if they had an opening for a walk in. We finally figured out how to get in and the entrance from the parking lot is NOT wheel chair accessable for those who are in a wheelchair. Just FYI. We walk into the salan. There was a sign on the door saying APPOINTMENTS ONLY. We decided to go try anyway because we were referred. A woman comes around the corner. She was taller, brown hair and a sharp nose. And says firmly and rudley, we are appointment only. My daughter and I didn’t even get a chance to explain how we ended up there, then she RUDELY says, and we are booked up forever. I was floored, we turned around and left. As we were leaving, I felt like I wasn’t rich enough looking for her to treat me with respect and saying how long they were booked up for??? We are MILL FIRE EVACUEES and in need of service. I will NEVER go back and I will definitely tell studio b about my experience so they don’t accidentally refer more good people to the rude salon. And I will tell everyone that I know. Thank you for nothing and showing how truly rude some people can be.

I went in with a great cut that has been carefully honed over the past year and a half. I just wanted it trimmed and tightened. I left with layers I specifically said not to do on one side of my head, the other which was long and thick has chunks missing from it. I’m devastated. I would not recommend Shelby to anyone. She did give me money back, but can’t give me my hair. My only choice now is to cut 10 inches off my hair and grow it again. Angry doesn’t begin to describe my feelings.

Went in as a walk-in for an eyebrow wax. The stylist denise first asked if she could take a smoke break b4 getting to me. Coming back to stink of cigarettes. When she did my eyebrows she went over each section with the wax at least four times. Taking 45 mins to complete the job. I came home with my face feeling raw and looked in the mirror to find not only were my eyebrows each different shapes and now extremely thin, but that she had ripped off pieces of my skin in three different places leaving exposed welts. I called to alert them of the experience and asked for a refund. I was told she would call me in the morning. I never heard from her.
