Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’ve come here a few times. I use it as a last resort when I can’t get an appointment elsewhere. Some of the ladies are really good but most rush you in and out. They put a lot of product in my hair to “make it more manageable to cut” but like I told them, my hair doesn’t need it and doesn’t take product well. They have cut my hair uneven often which is partly because they don’t know how to cut curly hair. I’ve come here a few times. I use it as a last resort when I can’t get an appointment elsewhere. Some of the ladies are really good but most rush you in and out. They put a lot of product in my hair to “make it more manageable to cut” but like I told them, my hair doesn’t need it and doesn’t take product well. They have cut my hair uneven often which is partly because they don’t know how to cut curly hair. It is best to find somewhere else to go but as a last resort, it’s okay every now and then.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went in for a simple root touch up. This is how I left the salon (yellow roots, white damaged portion and then my old blonde). I was rushed. The lady said she didn’t have any more time to fix my hair because someone else was waiting and let me leave like this. The next day I asked for a refund and they told me no. I spoke with 3 different people from impressions trying to explain that they messed up my hair and I’m not happy and that I have to get it corrected (which wound up costing me over $100 to fix somewhere else) The other salon I went to even said they really messed it up. They (at impressions) were so rude to me basically yelling at me saying I just wanted a free ride and never to come back. Don’t worry I won’t. Oh and she trimmed a small uneven portion of my hair without telling me she would charge me for a hair cut and I even blow dried it myself and she charged me $25 for that too. I went in for a simple root touch up. This is how I left the salon (yellow roots, white damaged portion and then my old blonde). I was rushed. The lady said she didn’t have any more time to fix my hair because someone else was waiting and let me leave like this. The next day I asked for a refund and they told me no.
