Not only did she wash (which I LOVE), then cut and curled my hair! I told her I don’t do that, she said she is not letting me go with a wet head. I just moved here not that long ago and i wanted to get my hair done just highlights my boyfriend’s mom goes here all the time so i thought okay well im going to give it a try and my experience was a total disaster this was beyond my worst experience ever anyways the girl started on my hair got the highlights in and only did the top part not throughout my whole head like you would think and then my head burned so bad they tried to blame it on me when i know they must have used like a 40 volume developer and put it on my scalp and they had to rinse it out before my hair was complete because my hair was literally melting and when she washed it i had my head in the sink i smell smoke and i look up and the whole place is filled with smoke and then they said we all had to evacuate the building so we did for about an hour before they told me there not going to be able to finish so i left and went to walmart and the lady looked at my hair and was so confused why my hair looked the way it did so i had to explain myself it was so embarrassing but the lady was very nice and understanding but she had to cut off alot of my hair from where the other lady messed up because she showed me how bad it was falling out the lady at impressions that did my hair didn’t wash all of it out but the lady at walmart cut my hair and did the rest of my hightlight throughout my head and it turned out better then what i came in with she did a fantastic job considering i didn’t think i could save my hair so i will not be going to impressions by phyllis anymore

The atmosphere was good. But the girl that did my hair took her forever to do it. She was distracted the entire time on her phone because of her cat went missing and it was found (completely understand) but when I show you a picture of the hair cut I want I expect that hair cut. She didn’t do the hair cut I wanted and let alone it wasn’t even!! One side is longer then the other and theres are random groups of hair that are longer then the rest. Looks like a 4 year old cut my hair. Not impressed and won’t go back there.
