Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueI came into town for work and needed a quick appointment. I reached out to the owner who responded right away and got me set up with a next day appointment. She was very professional and nice. When I went in for my appointment the staff was nice and greeted me. I got medium knotless plaits that took about 4 1/2 hours(great timing). The owner even laid my baby hairs. I came into town for work and needed a quick appointment. I reached out to the owner who responded right away and got me set up with a next day appointment. She was very professional and nice. When I went in for my appointment the staff was nice and greeted me. I got medium knotless plaits that took about 4 1/2 hours(great timing). The owner even laid my baby hairs. Critical: ProfessionalismThe only good thing I have to say about this place is that the girl that braided my hair did an amazing job. When you’re booking an appointment you are basically dealing with the manager/owner. Please make sure to get your service in detail. We were texting back-and-forth and she gave me a total amount. When the young lady finished my braids she told me I was short. I proceeded to ask her where I was short and she stated because I got waist length braids it was an extra $30. I then told her that wasn’t discussed in our conversation. I paid the $30 and left.I left out an important detail. When I arrived, 2 ladies were in the salon looking at me crazy as if I wasn’t suppose to be there. I told them I had a 10:45a appt and she asked me if I had a specific edge control they use in the shop. I told her no. She sent me to the beauty supply store. What I don’t understand is, why a salon doesn’t have edge control.With all that said, I will never be returning. The only good thing I have to say about this place is that the girl that braided my hair did an amazing job. When you’re booking an appointment you are basically dealing with the manager/owner. The customer service was excellet my hair looks amazing and it only took 3 hours because their were 2people working on it and their braid technique is the same. I would definitely come back again. I never had a bad experience with this salon each time I come the work was done they understood the assignment .let’s not talk about the braiders they are absolutely wonderful, no matter the texture or the condition of your hair they will definitely get the job done. Let me tell you that your hair will last a good while as long as you let one of these braiders braid your hair So if you don’t have any edges and want braids this is the place to be they make sure u walk out looking like you have some edges. Also the owner lovely never fails when it comes to getting your hair done she does a wonderful job. Overall the girls are amazing .
