I booked Impressions Beauty and Bridal Services for my wedding hair as well as the hair of my bridesmaids, mom and mother in law. We were all so pleased with the way our hairstyles came out! I was unable to have a consultation due to personal scheduling conflicts and was admittedly a bit nervous, but my hair came out exactly like I envisioned it. The stylists were able to make sure every one of us felt beautiful and got exactly what we wanted. They were a great addition to the morning of the wedding, as everyone came with positive energy and you could tell all of the stylists love what they do and were so excited to be there. That is a pretty basic request, but I have super long, thick, curly hair. It can be difficult to get the style just right. I usually have a hard time finding someone who doesn’t make my hair too poofy or too short, since curls shrink when they dry. Kate was excellent and very friendly. I didn’t catch the name of the woman who shampooed by hair, but she seemed very excited to be part of the team and like she thoroughly enjoyed her job. I felt super relaxed and at ease throughout my entire appointment. I spent $24 on a wash, cut, and wet style. I got my first haircut in over a year today at Impressions and it was such a great experience!! Kate was super friendly and helpful, and she definitely made me feel like a valued customer, not just another appointment. She did an awesome job on my hair, and I love that she explained everything she was doing as she did it. Honestly, it was the most pleasant experience at a salon I’ve had in years. my hair never turned out was going in for low lights 168.00 dollars later nothing turned out no noticed. was going back to get the manager to redo it and I was sick 2 weeks later found out you only have a week to come back to have it redone but mind u never said anything when I was sick and I called out cuz I would have went back in to get it redone so I would not invest in going back there a gain very very unhappy

My wedding was October 13th 2018. Charlene and her team came to my wedding venue in Rising Sun. They came completely prepared, all ready and excited to work, and kept great conversation flowing! There were a total of 8 woman getting their hair and makeup done! Not one of us were disappointed and let me tell you from that group of woman that’s pretty amazing!! Charlene had Cory, Amy, and Kate with her! All the stylists/artists were phenomenal and listen to what each person desired. They were honest if they knew the hair style wouldn’t work but offered great ideas. I recommend all the services the salon offers. I didn’t take advantage of all of them however, Charlene cut and highlighted my hair a week prior to the wedding and everything I’ve seen done from her or someone on her shop has been fantastic!!! Thanks again ladies my day was beautiful and it was nice to feel breath taking!!!
