Went to impression nails on my adventure on finding a new staple nail salon. Had high hopes for this based on the reviews. I was able to get an appointment right away. Ana was the one giving me my gel manicure. I asked her if she knew how to cut cuticles. She looked at me and laughed and said that she’s been doing this for 10 years. I actually liked that. I like someone who is confident in their job. And at this point, I was somewhat hopeful. She was Hispanic. And Hispanics are great at cutting cuticles, not just “push back”.Then when she started cutting my cuticles, I realized that she never soaked my hand first. Hmmm, and Ouch! My alarm antenna started to go up. I finally asked her if she was planning on soaking them at all. And she said that they don’t soak there, that it wasn’t their policy .I never knew that nail salons had a system where they don’t soak your nails before cutting your cuticles. And sure enough, what I was afraid was going to happen, happened- she cut me. Something that would never have happened if she had just soaked my fingers.By cutting my cuticles when they were dry, and the Chaffing from her file caused a cut. A cut that burned. I asked her if she could soak them to make the cuticle cutting less painful and she said that her boss did not allow it. I told her how unfortunate that was because now I would be never coming back, even though I liked her very much. And now, I must resume my journey In looking for the absolute best gel manicure.

Critical: ProfessionalismI called to make an appointment for a mani and pedi, and asked to have one of the Spanish girls do both. The owner scheduled me for 3:30. I started getting my pedicure close to 4 which was not bad since the Spanish girls do a great job. The owner came over and said someone else had to do my mani, I said no you gave me an appointment with the same girl for manicure and pedicure. I told the owner she should have said no to my appointment instead of changing the service on me. I know who does the best nails there and it’s only the Spanish girls . I paid for my feet and the owner allowed me to leave. She said I can come back another day, are you for real! I thanked her for her dis service and left. It’s not free, I get to choose who does my feet and hands. I also let the owner know I will never be back to her business. I’ve been going here for 4 years and I’ve never been dissatisfied. Honestly, they deserve more than 5 stars. The owner, Anna, is very sweet and accommodating. The ladies who do the pedicures give some of the beat service I’ve ever received. The nail techs are very experienced and do such a beautiful job. I like to come here when I’m in the area because I’ve moved to another state since becoming a customer at impression nails.

Owner did my pedicure and she kept getting up to help other costomers. She was rude and very fast with my pedicure. She was basically trying to get my $20 and rushed me out of there. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone but if you do go ask for one of the hispanic women to do the pedicure. They were better at servicing.

Me and my mom were looking for a new place to get our nails done (our old place was starting to rush us through and make lots of mistakes) so we tried this place. We actually showed up about 20 minutes before closing but, we called ahead, they were really nice about it and did an amazing job, too.

I only use this nail salon. There pedicure chairs are pipeless so it’s more sanitary. They are very clean and I love the hot towels. I just went in last minute for a gel manicure and pedicure they helped me save on time by starting the manicure while I was getting my pedicure. Love them!

If you don’t look like1000$ they not doing job. They pedicure do not include cleaning nails just cutting them because “ it will take me to long”. Do not come their without LV handbags or diamond jewelry. They will tell you that your feet to dirty to clean . However other customers feet with LV handbags are perfect to massage and spent over 40 min to relax.
