Worst manicure I have ever gotten in my life. When I told them I was unhappy they quickly threw my money back at me and I was told I was not welcomed back. I did NOT ask for my money back, I asked for them to remove the polish. Guess what, I didn’t need to be told that. I will never return and I should have never walked in your facility in the first place. I just wanted my nails shaped and painted. You painted my cuticles and skin and globbed it on thick. Disgusting. I did not want a full manicure and you kept telling me this is what I paid for. No, this is ridiculous and unprofessional.

HORRIBLE!!! Worst pedicure I’ve ever had in my life. I picked the highest pedicure they have which is 57 dollars. They were done within 30 minutes! The guy literally didn’t even massage my legs for 1 minute. I told them I was unhappy and the guy said he would give me 10 percent off so still 51 dollars. I went to pay with a credit card and they said they don’t accept it which is NOT posted anywhere. They said they wouldn’t take a check either. So I said I can’t pay right now then. She said she could hold my driver’s license and credit card until I pay them. I said absolutely not so then she called the police on me and said I refused to pay. They were also talking to a customer about the situation and the customer said “if you can’t pay for the service then don’t come in” I said I have money you guys just won’t accept it. The guy also dropped a tool on the floor and proceeded to still use it. These people are the rudest people ever. Don’t waste your money or time on these people. The cop was very nice and told the manager to be quiet several times as she kept interrupting me. So if you want the horrible service and the cops called on you this is the place to go!

I’ve had many pedicures & manicures with gel polish done. I’m a hygienist… and with washing my hands, using hand sanitizer and taking gloves off & on all day I have not had good luck with keeping gel polish on for very long without lifting. 2 weeks ago I tried the powder dip for the first time per the owners suggestion after talking to him about my situation. I wish I had talked to him sooner the powder dip is fantastic! It looks beautiful and hold up like nothing I’ve tried before! I went back today and had them redone… not because they were lifting or peeling… only because my nails had grown out! I could have easily gone another week! If you have had any issues with gel polish but don’t want to do acrylics, try the dip! Thank you Impressions! Worst pedicure I have ever had. My toe nails were cut so short that my toes hurt, they aren’t even cut straight, half my pinky nail isn’t even polished. Not to mention he was done in less than 20 minutes. For the $48 plus a tip I should love my nails and not be in pain or looking at my toes hating them because you can see how long they are supposed to be . You should never cut all the way back to the quick.

Fantastic experience! I paid for the highest level of mani/pedi and it was a fantastic experience. My nails were done meticulously, the “volcano” spa was worth the cost, and Kelly was highly professional Sadly a lady who clearly did NOT intend to ever pay for her services and was screaming obscenities at everyone (police were called) was highly disruptive, but the staff handled her with grace and patience. That lady ended up having to call her husband to settle the bill and then left a nasty review. Disregard that review as either the poor dear was suffering from mental health issues or financial constraints where she was never prepared to actually pay for the service.
