Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueWORST PLACE EVERRRRRR!!!!! I purchased a manicure and pedicure fro Groupon to this place, I called to make an appointment and the lady who answer the phone said she was booked for 4 weeks!!! I happen to live close by the shop and i drove by to see if there was any way she could fit me in for a simple mani and pedi and to my surprised the place was empty with only her and a man and you were supposedly fully booked??? Then the nightmare begins, I let her know i have a Groupon voucher, she starts to say she wont take it, starts dipping my fingers in cold water, she starts cutting my cuticles and HURTS ME!!!. SHE DID NOT CARED. I stopped as she kept rejecting my Groupon voucher, asked me to pay $15 for what she claimed “service performed”, WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!! Well first it was not the cleanest place, the lady I had did several things to upset me. She kept talking about how I should do my hair there and wax (I didn’t shave my legs before pedicure, weren’t that bad lol) she was mentioning it too much, like not relaxing and awkward. Then she took 20 minutes to find my color, I was willing to get any dang color at that point. Then she was helping her co worker do something on the phone with a card, she PLACED THE PHONE ON MY FEET WHILE SHE TOOK OFF HER GLOVES, THEN PICKED UP THE PHONE AND THEN PUT THE CARD ON NY FEET! I mean worse of all the pedicure was not good. Just find yourself SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Very rude. I didn’t even go in. The lady argued with me that it’s normal to charge $10 to add a plastic tip on for acrylic nails. Been getting my nails done my whole life and never paid extra for that. Nice try though. That’s the reason you’re going out of business, not COVID.
