Don’t plan to go there right when they open. They will be 10-15 minutes late (turning the lights on and unlocking the front door). They only had 2 staff working for a Saturday morning. Even when they know people have appointments at 10am. You are missing business!

Horrible horrible experience the guy I had do my nails was most definitely on cocaine couldn’t stop moving his jaw kept falling asleep doing my nails was super sloppy and rolling his eyes the whole time at me. Got charged $100 for my nails and toes never ever been charged that much and only to have 2 of my nails pop off the day after !!! This is my last visit for sure

I sat 30 minutes waiting for my appointment, also only two pedicure options, one $37, the other $47. My water wasn’t very warm, and then drained right away. There was nothing added to the water or any jets. The tools that were used were not new either, including the foot file. The woman was friendly and did an okay job. However, If you have to wait 30 minutes for your appointment with no apologies or willing to make it better that’s terrible customer service and then to sit in semi- warm water that drained right away wasn’t what I was hoping for.

I always get gel and it stays on with no chips for 4-6 weeks. And, the massage chairs are awesome! I had to wait 30-45 mínútes the last 2 times with no apologies and my pedicure was rushed. Í wanted tó come in at 5, but théy wanted 4:45, so I hurried to accommódate them, then had to wait. I have been a mostly satisfied customer for 4 years All of the techs are professional, friendly, skilled, and polite. I always get gel and it stays on with no chips for 4-6 weeks. And, the massage chairs are awesome! I had to wait 30-45 mínútes the last 2 times with no apologies and my pedicure was rushed. I have been going to this nail salon for about 3 years now, everyone is very professional. I get my nails filled and gel polished, they always turn out great. Unfortunately I sometimes go three weeks between appointments and still never have a chip or break. They have many color options in gel and regular polish. I have not had a pedicure but they have many seats with remotes which I’m guessing message and possibly heat, it seems like when I’m in there they spend a lot of time on each person having a pedicure. I have recommended this salon to friends and everyone who has tried them has stayed.
