Critical: Quality, ValueThis was my first time getting acrylics so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I thought my nails would look fine once they were finished. Wrong. They’re crooked, sticking upwards, thin, they’re clumpy, polish was on my fingers, uneven, I could go on but simply put they look like s**t. The service was poo as well, I felt very uncomfortable the entire time I was in the salon. The people weren’t necessarily rude but they made me feel icky. I had my nails redone yesterday at Lily’s nails in Saco, my nails look amazing and the service was so much better. Look into where you’re going friends! This was my first time getting acrylics so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I thought my nails would look fine once they were finished. Wrong. They’re crooked, sticking upwards, thin, they’re clumpy, polish was on my fingers, uneven, I could go on but simply put they look like s**t. It was my first time at this salon. I had got a manicure while I was on vacation And had a gel nail manicure. I walked into the salon and asked for a gel nail manicure. I sat down first technician she started my nails she filed then she wrapped my nails and another client walked in and my technician went to help her. Then my technician gave me to another technician that was doing pedicures. I had to wait. My nails were filed again by the second technician with electric file again. At this point the layers of my natural nail were getting thin. I could not communicate my concerns. It took me two hours for a procedure that should have taken 45 minutes generously. I left. I went back the next day because one of my nails broke. I have very strong nails but with all the filing my nail peeled off. They fixed the nail by adding a tip which I didn’t want any tips I dealt with it. The nail looked awful and was all bumpy. I went to the salon the very next day at opening because another nail broke and peeled off they turned me away that I was to come back much later. The customer service At this place is awful. They do not care about the clients and just want the money I left and went to another nail salon where the technician fixed my nail without a tip and added another top coat for protection. I will never go back to imperial nail ever again

I can’t say enough good about this place. I was from out of town and needed my nails done last minute before I flew out to a business meeting the next morning. They stayed open for me to help my nails look their best.. and they were beautiful! If I lived here this would definitely be my go to nail salon. Thank you Cindy! Dip powder

I left and cried in my car because I just paid 55 plus 10 tips for these nails (I always tip)- and it wasn’t worth it. Awesome experience! Sat me right away as a walk in. Anna was meticulous and listened to what I wanted! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and my nails came out better then the photo! Pleasant relaxing atmosphere, wonderful hand massage, great price for awesome result! Clean and modern. Will definitely be going back!

My experience at Imperial Nails was absolutely wonderful. I made an appointment for a pedicure and requested to have my eyebrows done once I arrived and they were very accommodating. Every time I would go here and get the male, he’s the only male that works there too. He does horrible rushes no matter what you get always cuts my fingers is extremely rude and short with you. And then I go back and request a female and he was the one who took my call and he said he would take me and I explained that every time I get him he’s does horrible so I go and get the female. I see him working with a client and then she was very unhappy with her nails and he rushed her to! But funny part is this guy rushed all to go out for 20 mins and smoke a cigarette then go out back and microwave a meal. This place is a joke because of him
