Fast but very sloppy work. All of my finger nails and toes were different shapes and sizes, the acrylic nails were lopsided with thinner and thinker surface. I was so upset! I don’t remember the last time I received such bad work. I spent over $100 for work that was definitely was not worth that kind of money!! If you want a great job, go somewhere else!!

I was in Roseville for a couple hours playing mom taxi for my kids sports. I took advantage of the time I had to find a nearby nail salon to check a pedicure off my list of to dos before we head out for vacation next week. Walked in to Imperial Nail Spa and was provided with a menu of services and three books of gel colors.

I wanted one marble nail. They gave me that lol it’s not marble AT ALL. They said they knew how to do it when they clearly didn’t. I think they just wanted that extra $5 for the design. If they didn’t know how to do it I would have been fine with no marble. And when they got black polish on my skin(finger) they didn’t use acetone to take it off, instead they FILED the polish off which hurt. I also had to smooth the bottoms later at home when I asked the lady to smooth it so it doesn’t scratch. Oh well, will not be going here again.

Decided to go here after the salon I frist went to couldn’t fit me in & let me tell you I am so glad. I was greeted right away & sent to station #6 where I waited & picked my colors. Lisa did my nails. She saw the condition my nails were in (chipped & peeling off) & suggested I try getting the nail dip… it was probably just an up sale but honestly she’s right gel polish chips & doesn’t last long so I’m like sure let’s give it a try.. She is really nice & did a fabulous job plus she’s the frist nail tech who hasn’t cut me. After years of searching I think I’ve found “my” nail spot
