Worst haircut my son ever received! I called to make an appointment and they said it was first come first serve. So I took my son in and explained what I wanted done. Wish I can remember the barbers name but apparently he was the most experienced barbers. He messed up my sons hair! I posted pictures so hopefully you can see. He was in a hurry to cut my sons hair because he had an appointment with one of his regular clients. I told him I called to make one and that I was told it was first come first served. He said he can cut his hair now in a rush or he can stop, cut his next clients hair and then continue with my son. Not good customer service. I walked in when they just open and I’m getting rushed out of the chair. I will never come here again. Remember this is the work of the best barber. And to top this off my son picture day is two days from now. $20 paid for a messed up haircut. If I can give this place 0 stars I would!

New to the area and my husband needed a professional cut. I called to see if they accepted walk ins or operated by appointment only and the guy on the phone was very nice and welcoming. The place ended up being about 10mins from the house which was great! It was a little hard to find within the plaza it’s located in, but once we called and got clarification we found it very easily. My husband walked right in, was greeted warmly, got a GREAT, very clean and professional haircut and was out within a matter of 25-30mins. I was thoroughly impressed by just Googling a place and getting this as a result, especially with so many other barber shops in the same vicinity. Glad we found these guys! Very great work!

Isaac is the best. We are from Florida and and my husband needed a haircut from a African American barber. Isaac took his time and made sure my husband was right. Imperial Cuts barbershop lounge is one of the best barber shops in Chicago. Make sure you go see Isaac or Kevin.
