Just had my first experience at Immerse. Initially there was a mix up on my first appointment time, but they were so quick to fix it and do their best to make it up to me. I can’t ask for more than that in customer service. My massage therapist, Suzette was very knowledgeable and caring. She made huge progress on my deeply troubled arm/shoulder area in just one visit while also offering great suggestions for home help and other types of therapy. So very glad I came here.
