I wanted to love it so bad. But literally a week later my hair is already loose and coming down not only did I pay extra for a squeeze in/same day appt, I didn’t receive a wash (as stated on booking site) just a blow dry; no oil or supplements applied to my hair; and more hair could’ve been added at the back had it been braided flat. Instead it’s itching because I have two big dookie twists. Hairstyle was so cute but I probably won’t be returning.

Absolutely love this Beauty Bar. I drive 45 mins just to be serviced here. The vibe is always amazing & the ladies are all so sweet. I have had services with Brandi and Sugaa and I absolutely loved my experience! I was so hyped about blk salon right by my house finally. But my experience was awful my hair dresser was running super behind. Our appt was at 11am and my sister did not get in the chair until 11:44am remind you we had appts all day because she had pictures at 1pm. It was awful she didn’t get finish until 12:45pm. I asked her why she was running behind she stated that the lady she was working on was her 9am but it was 11am when we got there and you were doing a silk press. It is all good lesson learned I won’t be back because my time means nothing clearly. I wish you’ll the best but that stylist left a bad taste in my mouth.
