I didn’t think the whole experience was worth the price, at all. I would say it was fine…but nothing special. The administration seemed discombobulated, there was a woman taking a phone call in the sauna next to me, and the music in my treatment room kept switching like someone was messing with it. All-in-all, fine treatment, but I would look elsewhere to have a better experience.

This place is BEYOND! I heard so many good things from people about IMD that I had really high expectations and they were honestly exceeded. First huge thing is the staff is so nice and informed! They really know what they are doing and take such good care of you. Each persons body needs different things so this is not a generic experience it’s totally tailored to your needs! The magnesium wrap and sauna felt amazing, and they were so attentive with water while I was in there! The massage portion was life changing, I will warn you it’s not for relaxation – but it hurts SO good! I felt 5 lbs lighter and SO much tighter and better when I left! This is a must-do for everyone looking for some self care!

Great experience. Anna worked her magic through my lower body. I’m 6 months pregnant with a host of issues (thyroid, gestational diabetes, water retention and sore back/feet from carrying around all the extra weight) and I’ve had 3 prenatal massages done at spas in Nyc, Canada and Mexico in the last 4 months. This by far trumped all those experiences, didn’t realize my body needed some firm/bold long strokes to relieve all the tension – I actually found it very relaxing. If you are pregnant and in two minds – take this as a sign and go get the prenatal lymphatic drainage. It’s a game changer.

Their lymphatic drainage massages are absolutely incredible. There’s no one else out there doing what they do. After just a few sessions I saw a huge reduction in cellulite and bloating. The staff is top notch! Everyone here is so kind and welcoming too. I just adore Irani who is the owner. The space is beautiful and clean too. You must try them out!

I have been twice and already seen a difference in results. Lydia was so sweet and made sure I was comfortable and informed me about the process. She checked on me during the inferred sauna part and kept bringing me water to insure I was comfortable. The massage really released a lot of toxins I had in my legs. I felt so refreshed after both times. Highly recommend if you have cellulite or feel puffy. Ask for Lydia!
