Was unimpressed with the customer service…or lack of anyways. Called twice and left messages requesting call backs to schedule an appointment and did not receive a call back at all after waiting for a week. Also, the voicemail did not indicate they were closed on Mondays which seems like an important thing to mention in the greeting. As a result of not getting a call back, I drove to their location and found out that way they weren’t open. So 2 wasted phone calls, 1 wasted trip, wasted time.

Nikki did pretty good. I just need more pressure to break up all my deep tissue damage. I had Urethra repair surgery and a super public tube put through my abdominal wall so I need a lot of deep tissue work done on my groin to releive pain and to help break up all the scar tissue.

Before choosing Imassage I did some homework: what were the reviews, what were the credentials and experience of the therapists, what services did they provide, what were their prices for the services, what were their hours of service, where were they located, how easy was it to find parking, ease in booking appointments ( you can do so by calling or online easily and quickly) and most importantly how did they treat a potential customer who had inquiries over the phone.
