Critical: ProfessionalismVery unprofessional when it comes to conducting business, I had a appointment a few weeks ago and end up cancelling because I had a really bad headache I text her hours before my appointment and told her I wasn’t feeling good and needed to reschedule she said ok hope you feel better. Very unprofessional when it comes to conducting business, I had a appointment a few weeks ago and end up cancelling because I had a really bad headache I text her hours before my appointment and told her I wasn’t feeling good and needed to reschedule she said ok hope you feel better. Now when I try to get a appointment she won’t give me one like people not allowed to get sick do she not know it’s so many other places that braid her. I definitely won’t be going back here she don’t value her customers at all this situation was handled very unprofessional.

Critical: PunctualityDisappointed. All in all my hair was cute however the communication was completely off. The younger lady quoted me at 30 for fishtail braids. She arrived at the shop late which was no big deal because it was only a few minutes. Not the friendliest initially; but ok. The mom taps my hair then taps another seat for me to sit in without a hi, howdy, can you sit here please; nothing. Eventually she spoke and said sit in this chair. Okay. Hair took about an hour, she said $60. Yeah $60. Okay thats fine. I won’t be back. I don’t like that bull; charge me what you quoted me or tell me upfront it will be a different charge but don’t play me like that. Hair was cute but I won’t be back.Service: HairstylingDisappointed.
