I have a 20-25 minute drive to this place and AFTER I arrived for my massage appointment the massage therapist called and said she was having car trouble and wouldn’t be able to get there until 45 minutes later. I understand there’s not much you can do about having car problems but I Do Not understand not contacting your client before appointment time. Did you not know before then? Please respect my time as much as you want me to respect yours!! And I still have very tight, sore muscles.
