Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI had a great experience at Imago. It was my first time getting a curly cut and it was great! Chrissy was amazing and she cut my hair exactly how I wanted and made sure to ask questions to make sure she was cutting it right. She showed me how to apply my product better and gave me tips on how to achieve volume and minimize my frizz. She also showed me how to diffuse my hair correctly. The hood dryer they used dried my hair pretty quickly So I didn’t have to go or with wet hair and the hair cream Chrissy put in my hair was amazing and smelled so good like oranges . Chrissy also made note of other products she wanted to try in my hair for our next hair appointment. I highly recommend this salon it was well worth the money and I plan on continuing to go there, I found my permanent salon!!I had a great experience at Imago. I had a great experience at Imago. It was my first time getting a curly cut and it was great! Chrissy was amazing and she cut my hair exactly how I wanted and made sure to ask questions to make sure she was cutting it right. Critical: ProfessionalismKate was extremely unprofessional, double-booked me and another patron told me “she didn’t have time to color my hair.” The cut she gave me was uneven and way too short. Kate was extremely unprofessional, double-booked me and another patron told me “she didn’t have time to color my hair.” The cut she gave me was uneven and way too short. She rescheduled with me twice just to tell me a day before the appointment after the third time at 12:00 pm that because she was moving salons ( which was prior knowledge that even the other worker mentioned) she didn’t want to continue due to not knowing which products would be available in September.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, ValueI’ve been to this salon several times and so have members of my family and friends I’ve previously referred. I recently had to miss an appointment, that I called to reschedule, due to having to work with covid patients the day before. This salon charged me $75 for the appointment anyways and have been incredibly unprofessional in trying to resolve the issue. I was told to wait several days while they combed through phone records to prove I called. Not once did they ever notify me of any such charge and they refuse to refund my money stating they require 48 hours notice. Additionally, they are not offering full service. They provide a dry cut only with no shampoo and style and will leave you walking out of the salon looking like a brushed out poodle and still charge full price! They obviously don’t care about covid exposure at all because in an effort to protect them I am being penalized. If you care about how you’re treated as a customer and also your health do not go to this establishment. Worst experience ever and I would not waste my time giving them business.
