I cannot begin to say what a miracle worker Bayleigh is! I walked into her life this week, a former salon refugee with a major color correction job, and she tackled it with confidence, joy and expertise. She set expectations of what she could and couldn’t do for me, and then she got to work, taking my high-contrast, skunk-striped and over-toned highlights and blending them into a beautiful gold that we can build upon at future visits. And to top it off, she gave me a beautiful corrective cut, paying attention to every detail along the way. I am so grateful I found her and Imagio.

Kasey is amazing & so is the whole staff! After a HORRIBLE visit and appointment with BrazilNDrops, which I would never tell anyone to suffer through, they saved the day and my hair. You can tell customer service really matters – we all know the service they offer is comfort not just a finished look. The results of my visit were amazing and I left feeling like I was a VIP client.

I’m particular about my haircuts. Went thru many hairdressers looking for someone w/ability even just close to my New York stylists – then I found Roy – that was over 5 yrs ago. He’s excellent, creative & quick. So glad Imagio is open again. Very safe. Wait in car for OK to enter. Masks encouraged. Everything wiped down between customers. Imagio & ROY WELCOME BACK!!
