Annie, the owner, is kind and knowledgeable. My hair is kinky and difficult to take, but Annie worked wonders. Everyone at Imagine is pleasant and helpful. Julia does great waxing! Bonus, they’re prices are more than reasonable!!!

The salon is clean and the employees are extremely kind. I visit here once a month for a pedicure. There are two pedicure massaging chairs, a few nail stations and a bunch of hair stations. The nail area and massage areas are secluded from the hair dressing area. Street parking is readily available. I love this salon! I was looking for a trustworthy, reputable, and local Buffalo business and that is what I found in Imagine.

As usual, there is no other Salon. There is nothing out there that can convince me that is better than this salon. Personal, professional, clean, understanding clients wants and needs while helping to decide what is best. Care is personalized to each individual client and not pushing cuts and products just to fill the chair again.

I had an amazing experience here today! The staff is so knowledgeable about their craft. I would never let anyone else touch me from head to toe! Ann the owner is so sweet and always goes out of her way to make sure you feel your best! Maries gives the best pedicure manicure and blow out! Summer is a fabulous makeup artist! Meg is a skin guru that makes your skin glow! My husband won’t let anyone other than Ryan cut his hair. It really is a one stop shop for the whole family to feel and look fabulous! So I was very nervous going in (to get microblading) but Samy was really wonderful and welcoming. She made me comfortable and took her time to really give me the perfect brows. My eyebrows before were basically non existent but ever since I got them done, I love them and so do my friends. I would definitely recommend her, she knows what she’s doing. The space is very hygienic and comfy and I can’t wait to go back to her. Her work is just what you see, perfection!!
