Imagine Nail Salon

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went to this salon twice and both times either myself or my family members left upset and unsatisfied. I had high hopes because it is very clean and the color options are wonderful, but those are the only positive things I can say. During the first visit the owner did my sister’s nails, she asked for gel but the owner refused to listen to her when my sister told her she did not want dip powder. She received the dip powder despite saying no. The owner spent a majority of he time on her phone texting and taking calls which we assumed were not business related because it was 7:00-8:00 PM. I got a gel manicure, it began to chip after 5 days. My youngest sister was impressed with the service she received and booked for an appointment for her bridal party 2 weeks later. We were told that we would have the salon to ourselves for 2 hours and that we needed to be prompt. We all arrived on time and found 3 costumers inside, one had just started. We all sat for about 30 minutes before anyone began. During this appointment, employees made fun of my mother’s inability to proper extend her fingers because she has Arthritis. My mom got a regular manicure, it was poorly done and she ended up having to remove the polish that day and redo her nails. Those who got fake nails noticed the nails were very thick, uneven and poorly shaped. The staff did not give good service, yet we were pressured to tip everyone more than we originally intended by the owner who kept asking us to add more money to the tip. I went to this salon twice and both times either myself or my family members left upset and unsatisfied. I had high hopes because it is very clean and the color options are wonderful, but those are the only positive things I can say. Not only did I wait almost an hour (when I had an appointment) before anyone serviced me, but I also wasn’t given what I wanted. This is the second time in 4 weeks I’ve gone here and she continues to tell me I can not have short nails with a coffin shape or that it won’t look good. I then was questioned about who did my set previously and when I told her a previous employee at their location did my last set she called me a liar. I have been to many other nail salons that have been able to give me what I want and actually do it nicely and professionally without question or hesitation. I went in today for a gel fill and a spa gel pedicure. Not only did I wait almost an hour (when I had an appointment) before anyone serviced me, but I also wasn’t given what I wanted. The owner (or so I assume she is the owner) constantly has an attitude, she’s rough when working, and does NOT listen to a word you say about what you want or desire. I FOUND OUT WHEN I CHECKED OUT! GRAND TOTAL WAS 63.00 FOR A MANICURE THAT WAS ON THEIR MENU FOR 38.00!!!Owner is Money hungry and doesn’t care about customers!!
