My daughter and I had appointments yesterday and I have to say I was more than pleased. The vibe in the salon was positive and friendly! My daughter is 6 and was too big for the booster but too small for the chair…the young lady got down on her knees to my daughters level to cut her hair. The owner also took the opportunity to teach her staff while we were there. They all were very professional!!!

Critical: QualityI asked for them to give me some lowlights to make my hair look more natural (I had really light beautiful blonde hair but it was growing out weird) and they basically put so many lowlights in that it dyed my hair brown and they let me walk out of the salon with the most disgusting dishwater blonde hair and said that it then looked natural, and charged $130 for it.
