I’ve been going here for about a year. Loved loved loved their work… Then the nail techs got lazy and began rushing through my appointments. I spent $120 in two weeks because my nails were too thin or fragile (due to nail tech rushing). The second time I got my nails fixed the lady explained she would have to charge me extra for EVERYTHING. Funny part was she charged me to make my nails even & when I measured them together they were no where near even. She explained that my natural nail caused them to be crooked. So I paid $10 extra for her to tell me they’d be crooked anyway! Had the nails for a week & ALL my nails are broken!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI walked in on Tuesday night at the last minute and I was still offered services without any problems, they took my temperature and gave me some hand sanitizer to use, I got my pedicure done (which I loved my the way) the man took his time in making sure my toe nails and feet were perfect i really appreciated that, for my nails I tried the new GEL EXTENSIONS it was my first time but I love them they feel really good quality nicely shaped and took less time, so worth the money. Nina made sure I got the glitter nail color exactly how I wanted. There are a handful of technicians that do a great job. But, if weren’t for them, it would be pretty standard. If you want your nails to last the test of time, look for Vera. She is very detailed oriented. This photo was taken one week after. They are gel x.
