I called to book appointment for a gel pedicure and a dip manicure and was told over the phone that they do not do dip manicure. And then I said well just go ahead and book me for the gel pedicure today. So I went to the appointment a few hours later and after having my feet soaked was told that they do not do gel pedicures. Because they said the gel pedicures were not reliable. What?!?!? That’s nonsense. Anyways, on the way out I asked the receptionist if she was the one who booked my appointment and she said yes. She seemed unaware that they do not do gel on pedicures. No wonder it was so easy to book appointment the same day as compared to the other salons. First and last experience with them. This Salon would do itself a better service if they offered services that other salons do to be more competitive and also train their staff better. It would probably also help fill up their bookings. I feel bad for the staff who work there because they’re so limited on the services they’re able to provide.

I have been going to Cindy for many years through my teens and mid twenties for facials and eyebrow waxes. She has always made me feel very comfortable and is very knowledge about skin care products. I always leave feeling refreshed and satisfied with the results and Images Salon is my favorite place in town for massages and nail services as well.

Critical: CommunicationI pay more to come for the pampering in a salon. I understand things are different because of Covid 19. But loyal customers should be given a break if they can’t get the service they believe they are getting. I understand that they weren’t washing hair at this time and not blow drying. I was not told I would still have to pay the same amount without getting these benifits I go to a salon for. Very disappointed. I will be asking better questions before my next appointment and if still the same I won’t be going back. LOVEEEEE Taylar Deere!! It took me a while to find a new stylist when I moved to Lawrence but I’m so thankful I found Taylar. She is amazing at what she does, especially with color. The atmosphere is great and everyone is very welcoming. I recommend giving them a call!!

This place seemed great online and has gotten some good reviews, so I made an appointment here instead of my regular stylist who was out of town. I went in to my appointment with pictures of the hair color and cut that I wanted and had to wait an hour before anyone told my stylist that I was there. She never came to see for herself, thinking I was a no show and took her lunch break instead. When I finally got to see her, I showed her the photos and she got started. Everything went fine until she was finished. My color was almost exactly the same as when I walked in. I asked for and showed her red hair, when what I got was brown. She also forgot that I needed it cut and sent me to pay before she was done. I had to ask her twice to cut my hair before she remembered, she then proceeded to give me an awful cut that looked nothing like what I asked for. Then when I washed my hair 24 hours later, exactly as she instructed, all of the (wrong) color she put in washed out and went down the drain. I got out and dried my hair to see that not only was it still an ugly cut, but it also was my natural color except for bright red roots. I went in the next day to complain and ask for my money back ($64 is worth fighting for) and was refused in a very rude manner and told that unless I let them try again, they wouldn’t help me. I made this appointment at the time that I did because that is when I needed it done, I don’t have the time to let them try to fix what should have been done correctly in the first place. I will not let them ruin my hair again, this is ridiculous. My mother emailed the owner to complain too and I received a very rude, sarcastic email the next day from the owner about my mother. This salon is unprofessional and does NOT know what they are doing. I will NEVER go back here again.

My sister and I stopped in on our mini vacation. I have never received service like this before. You can tell by setting up the appointment that it was going to be the right place to go. Worth the money to be pampered by Joelle, cindy and Lexi.
