Rosanne did my Brazilian wax today. This was the first time I had been to this salon after moving to the area. I saw they got awesome reviews so I booked my appointment. BEST DECISION EVER!!! She made the whole experience as easy and fast as possible. She was very good and had a ton of knowledge. She made me extremely comfortable from the very beginning. I didn’t have the first twinge of awkward. I will definitely be going back for all my waxing needs .

The salon is nicely designed. The staff is great. I have gone to Bailee since she was in cosmetology school. Every time I leave her chair, I leave with a smile on my face. Didn’t appreciate the steps. Ist time here. They were late for our 2 appts. Nice gals. Hair and make up was nice. But made us all behind on everything. We were too polite to say anything though. But we still left a 25 percent tip. I would just tell 1st time people about the steps. If we would have made the appointment for our handicapped person or if it would have been a bad day for either one of us… we would have had to cancel and scramble to go somewhere else at the last minute.

I wanted a trim and for my hair to be thinned, and Rita went above and beyond! She was sweet and talked to my son while cutting my hair! She washed my hair, which I have never had done in a salon before, and let me tell you, it was such a pleasant and relaxing experience! My hair feels so much better because it’s not as thick, and I feel better because of such a wonderful experience! The only issue I had was there was no way to push a stroller into the salon. I had to tote him in his stroller up the stairs! Regardless of that though, I will definitely be back because my experience was incredible! Thank you guys so much!
