I made an appointment a week in advanced for 3 pedicures for my daughters birthday and when we show up they try to claim they reached out to me which they never did. They had zero accountability for their double booking. Wouldn’t ever recommend this place.

Critical: QualityI got a pedicure here last Friday and and got gel literally within a week my nail polish started to peel off. It was a waste of money to spend $35 and for it to come off so soon. I will not be going here again. The only bright side was that the lady was nice but the quality was not good.

Great place to get my hair done, and they offer other pampering too! The outside is a bit rough, but I really like the overall vibe inside. It has a classy vintage theme that’s simple and fun. Definitely recommend this place!

The establishment was well decorated and had plenty of space. They seem to do everything. Nails, waxing, hair, tanning… the woman who did my hair, Lacey, knew her stuff and is very warm and kind. I would definitely go back!

I usually go here to get hair cuts and I’m usually satisfied with the service, but the last time i went and got my hair cut there it was the day of my sisters wedding so I wanted my hair on point. Well I got a new girl I guess and she jacked my hair cut it looked awful. I was so mad and I didn’t have time to go somewhere else to get it fixed. So get your information on the stylist before they cut your hair cuz alot of the stylists there r young and right out of beauty school so they r still learning. So make sure you ask for pictures of their previous work and if they have ever had any unsatisfied clients and why.

This place is a joke. Nothing but a bunch of desperate housewives working here. Came in to get my nails done, they do not have a big variety of colors to chose from for polish. The brand klean color i have found at my local swapmeet. The place for pedicures is a joke. A long bench and only two sinks. No massaging chairs like others have. 35.00 for a pedicure i think it was, not worth it my nails chipped the next day!! Dont waste your money going here.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityThe first experience that I had at images the girl that I had used I had a funeral on how to cancel an appointment and she had called me after and told me that she was too busy and that I needed to reschedule with another technician so I did a week later I had my appointment with that take technician and I did not get a confirmation call so I called to confirm the appointment was still on and she told me that she forgot to put her cap on her glue and that it dried out and she gave me another technicians number so I waited another week and went to the plastic magician the whole time she did my eyes my eyes were burning hope they are bloodshot when I was done on the tape is way too close to my eyes and then she wanted to charge me double the price that the two other girls had told me that the price was for the eyelashes so not only did it hurt the entire time but I was being double-charged so I told her I would never be going back there that I was just had a bad taste in my mouth for images and so she put it down to a hundred and twenty-five still $40 more than what I expected to pay so I paid it and now I’m coming on 4 days after and half my lashes are gone on one side so I go back to images she told me to come in but she’s not busy at the at the moment.
