I was told a certain price for the service and it was double when I checked out. They charged me separately for a blow dry AND a conditioner that I never asked for. They never told me the blow dry was a separate charge ($55, by the way) and then when I called the manager to discuss, left 3 voicemails and no return calls . Hair coloring

I was fortunate to find my favorite stylist from years past, Greg Putnam. I had been going to a very high priced salon for years and got sucked in to the “atmosphere” – a place filled with that many snobs charging a small fortune had to have the best stylists in the country, right? Not so much. Shame on me for buying into it. The prices and over-fashioned personnel did not match the quality; sure the coffee was great, but the best red carpet treatment can’t make up for a bad haircut and an average color job. I was in tears every 3rd haircut believing I must have the most difficult hair on the planet. I then decided to track down my once favorite stylist, Greg. Found him HERE! First, the salon is very nice, but not pretentious. The staff is great and the prices are very, very reasonable – and none of the stylists have neon magenta hair or wear clothes best suited for a Saturday night on Hollywood Blvd. Best of all, my hair has not looked this good in years! Thank you, Greg- I’M A FAN!

My wife has been going here for years no matter where we have lived in Southern California. My wife will never let anyone touch her hair but Jo V. at Images. Jo is a true master at coloring and has a gift for finding the perfect cut. There was a time when I would worry “will she come home with too short of a cut or with bad color?” but those days are over. I know for certain that Jo will always send my wife home beautiful and I’ll be calling a babysitter if you know what I mean.
