I visited Images in Wilmette back in December 2021 and I could not be happier with my experience! I have always wanted lip injections and I finally saved up the money and worked up the courage to get them. Admittedly, when I arrived, I was a little nervous – but as soon as I walked in I was greeted by a smiling staff member who promptly checked me in and gave me some paperwork to fill out.

I had a wonderful experience with my treatments done by Jessica. Definitely great bedside manners! She always made sure that I was ok during the whole process! I have been to Images many times over the past few years. I am always getting the same services and Maria is the one who has attended to me. As usual, Maria did a great job. She has a very positive outgoing personality chatting with her during my visit just makes it that more pleasant. I plan to go to Images in the future not only for the procedures they have done in the past but new procedures I may want to avail myself of in the future.

The actual review will basically be on how the Botox took within the next 2 weeks, but I didn’t find the anesthetician to be terribly friendly or engaging. She had her way, and that was the way it was going to be. Also, not much worse than being called “dear”, by anyone. Particularly someone who is very young.
