Great shop and great barbers and I got a good haircut, but I did not like at all what they just did. I came in and made an appointment with Fred. He charges $35. I come in on time and he passes me off to another barber. I get a great haircut but I’m thinking I was going to pay 35 cause that’s what I came in for. All of a sudden I get hit with a $50 charge and I’m like huh? In my opinion that’s a terrible business practice cause I was about to make this my main shop. Since they finessed me, they lost a potential customer. I paid cause I wasn’t going to steal a barbers time and money if that’s what he charges, but I came there specifically cause I waS referred to Fred. When I made the appointment I literally asked, this will be with you right? And he said yes. So I don’t like how he just passed me off for no reason at all cause he finished the head he was doing like 5 mins after.

What can I say, when you can fall asleep in the chair while your getting your hair cut then you come back time after time even let others see the work and know you can trust him! The experience is above and beyond what you expect… This isn’t average by no means! Mike makes the experience relaxing, funny, and enjoyable. He cuts my hair and it’s amazing makes you feel and look fabulous!! You want to get out and show off!! I’m super on cloud 9 with my hair. The shop is clean and feels relaxing. Hair cut was decent but customer service was terrible. Didn’t come off very friendly at all, prices are not worth what I got out of the haircut. Towards the end I asked if I could get my change back after paying for the haircut and he didn’t give me back the right amount. Scam of a barbershop

We had a great experience the first few times we’ve gone. I sent my son in to get a haircut on his own and he was treated horribly. The barber couldn’t even get off his cell phone while cutting my son’s hair. My son has been growing his hair out for a while and he completely butchered his hair. Worst haircut I’ve ever seen. We will not be returning.

Good haircuts but very unorganized. No one knows who’s waiting, who has an appointment, who’s next in line… they have so much business, I guess they figure they can sacrifice on customer service. We waited for maybe 1.5 hours on a Saturday and even noticed other walk-ins served ahead of us.

This the worst Barber Shop my kids went ever. Their customer service is below zero. The barbers think they are the best and have ego with bad attitude. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone. Actually, I will report the shop to BBB.
