Positive: Professionalism, QualityI am a new client here.I made a same day appointment for waxing and then had a haircut scheduled on a different day. Then an hour before my appointment I was suddenly vomiting and they got me re scheduled on the day of my haircut…with no negative comments about canceling on such short notice.I am happy with my haircut but I am delighted with my facial wax! I have massive amounts of facial hair and with COVID I hadn’t had my lip done for a year..I looked like the hairy lady from the circus! She got my fully de haired with minimal pain..my chin and eye brows look great too.I also like the whole vibe the decor gives off…it is very upscale looking even though it’s not actually highly expensive.Negatives:They were 20 minutes late getting me in for my haircut, and no one mentioned it or offered me water, said they were sorry and (“you will be next” when they were almost ready).To get waxed you go to a big upstairs waiting room and no one was around anywhere…I didn’t know if I had opened a wrong door or what was going on. Positive: ProfessionalismAndrea is amazing! I really enjoyed my time with her and she gave me a great haircut. She really listens to you and is very professional. I will be back to see her in 5 weeks for highlights. The salon is gorgeous and all safely precautions are taken.

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI called in the morning for a same-day appointment. They were kind enough to be flexible with my schedule and fit me in for a paraffin pedicure, hair cut, and conditioning treatment. The massage chairs were better than your typical nail salon which was a nice surprise. All of the cosmetologists were very professional and did a wonderful job while also being a nice relaxing conversation. I called in the morning for a same-day appointment. They were kind enough to be flexible with my schedule and fit me in for a paraffin pedicure, hair cut, and conditioning treatment. The massage chairs were better than your typical nail salon which was a nice surprise. All of the cosmetologists were very professional and did a wonderful job while also being a nice relaxing conversation. I left feeling refreshed with my hair and nails looking great.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityWORST HAIR EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD BY FAR. i’ve been going here for years and swore by it, but i was wildly disappointed in how they messed up my appointment, gave me a wrong price estimation (it was actually double what they said), then both my stylist, Erica as well as the manager were incredibly rude and disrespectful to me, even though they were the ones who messed up. the stylist unbelievably said to me, “maybe if price is a concern for you, highlights aren’t for you” (with an incredibly patronizing smile on her face after blaming me for their error). when i finally got the manager, she was ALSO incredibly patronizing and tried to claim that i was the one who was in the wrong and it was completely my fault. although i was talked incredibly down upon, their error and lack of responsibility for it is just absolutely shocking. the salon is great and professional until they do something wrong (or until you have to talk to THAT manager). i did manage to not pay for the full price (still more than their false estimation) thanks to the manager, but nonetheless i would NEVER RECOMMEND to ANYONE to ever go to this salon. neither my whole family nor any of my friends will ever be going back to this salon. the mere lack of professionalism and respect by Erica and the manager who didn’t even know how to handle the situation is something i wouldn’t recommend ever giving money to; there are many salons in tucson that are way better and actually deserve your business.WORST HAIR EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD BY FAR. i’ve been going here for years and swore by it, but i was wildly disappointed in how they messed up my appointment, gave me a wrong price estimation (it was actually double what they said), then …More
