I never had an issue here except today. I got charged $25 for a haircut when I used to pay $16! It wasn’t that great of a haircut for that price. And for that price I should have got my hair washed and my head massaged!! Ridiculous. I understand COVID happened but we’re all struggling here. If there is a major change in pricing I think you should let your customers know beforehand. Never going here again.

Since there were two people waiting for a haircut in front of me, I decided to wait. That’s when another man arrived with two children for a haircut. When we continued, the lady helped the man with the children instead of helping me. Later the lady told me that there were 6 people in front of us, it seems that she had an appointment with another family who were not there yet but what was not fair is that she had taken those other three cuts before me and they made me wait almost 40 minutes for nothing, so if you want your hair cut here, make an appointment so they don’t waste your time like I did.
